What shows should not be adapted to American Television?

One CommentI am asking this question in the light of train wrecks like Coupling and Kath and Kim. What great foreign shows do you think should never be adapted for American television? I think Absolutely Fabulous is a great show that can never be touched.
I don’t think any should be adapted - Shows are always best in their original formats, can you imagine if other countries started adapting American shows - they’d suck.
I know The Office american adaptation has been a hit but the original is still better. So was the original Queer As Folk.
Some shows are just better British, like Skins, Doctor Who… (Or Australian - Home and Away, Neighbours ect…)
