Plastic surgery does make people look fake. People that get too much plastic surgery eventually end up looking like Micheal Jackson. Plastic surgery is unappealing and it makes people look like plastic barbie dolls. Especially when women get boob jobs (example: Pamela Anderson - yuck!!). I lose respect for people that get too much plastic surgery. Natural is better. I agree. Plastic surgery does make people look fake.
