It was more likely a smart move to fan interest in him and to keep his existing followers interested. Many people like Clay play this game, if only to amp their kudos in certain areas of the media.

Dear Oprah, PLEASE TALK TO JANET JACKSON!!!!
I am an avid concert goer and attended Janet Jackson’s San Diego show last weekend. From a performance standpoint it was excellent. The trouble I had was with the theme. I was all about female domination and S&M. Now, I’m all about women coming into their power, but this was the dark side. I also understand entertainers are pushing the envelope, and sex sells, but this went way too far for an audience of young adults, especially girls. My friend brought his 14 year old daughter and her friend to the show and I was worried about the message this show conveyed to these impressionable young women. It definitely sends the wrong message! Even the clothing they sold at the show was ridden with the message “nasty girl”.
I don’t understand why Janet Jackson isn’t more sensitive around this issue, especially with her family background. Oprah, I know she will listen to you. Go to her show and you will immediately see what I’m speaking of. Too bad she didn’t do some epic on how the male and female compliment each other when there is a balance of power and that it is only when the woman feels “safe” that a man is allowed access to the treasure of the Goddess which awaits.
There needs to be a REALITY CHECK for Janet. She is such a beautiful talent, but I lost respect for her on this.
Sincerely, Dana
P.S. Are we going to need to have a rating system for concerts now?

Hello,
I just watched the movie Zeitgeist.
You can watch the entire movie on their site. This is a movie made by activists to create global consciousness.
I find the movie very disturbing yet very powerful. It made me think a lot about the state of the world we are living in.
And realising more than ever that we as citizens of the world NEED to change the world by starting to change from within so that love will conquer fear and change our fear based society.
Have other people seen this movie and what do they think about it?
peace and love x
